2. I understand that any inaccurate or false information (or omission of material information) will render my application invalid and that, if enrolled into the Program based on such information, my candidature may be terminated by the Institute.
3. I understand that should I be unable to submit the required supporting documents when requested to, this enrolment application will be considered invalid and will not be processed.
4. The Institute may utilize the personal information and personal data collected via this form for processing of enrolment application through data sharing. This sharing of information will lead to matters relating to a registration being processed in a more efficient manner and the applicant is being provided with the most efficient level of service possible.
